Personal Information

Debbie started her career in Estate Agency in 1986 with an independent firm of Agents in the West Midlands. She and her husband Lee moved to Shropshire in 1998 and Debbie joined McCartneys in 2002 to head up their Residential Sales Department at Ludlow.

Debbie is responsible for the day to day running of the High Street office, providing customers with the highest levels of service. With a wealth of experience in the property market Debbie can advise on all aspects of home buying and selling, she is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

In 2006 Debbie was made a Partner of McCartneys and in 2010 became Property Chairman, taking responsibilty for the estate agency side of McCartneys business. Debbie says, "It is a challenging role – on a day to day basis ensuring that we are up to date on legislation but also looking longer term, the property market is a fast changing environment and as a firm we have to ensure we have the right tools and services in place to provide our clients with the highest levels of service and professionalism".

Debbie lives in Lyonshall with Lee, their two dogs, Henry & Jacob and beloved cat Nancy. When not working Debbie "battles" with her garden and enjoys walking and reading.
