Terms and Conditions:
Closing date for the competition is Saturday 17th July 2010.
The competition is open to all children aged between 4 and 11 on 1st September 2010, except the families of McCartneys employees or anyone else associated with this competition.
We’re sorry, but we are unable to return artwork to entrants.
All pictures submitted must be the original work of the entrant to the competition and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
McCartneys will hold the intellectual property rights to all entries for 10 years from the closing date of the competition.
Judges appointed by McCartneys will choose winning entries.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The winners will be featured in McCartneys promotional advertising.
McCartneys reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
Entry to the competition is seen as agreement to the above terms and conditions.
