Extensive experience of rural practice, surveying, farm business management , rural property management and disputes. Specialist experience in residential and rural property, farm and land disputes, agricultural law, commercial livestock disputes, property valuations, agricultural commodities and agricultural machinery.
Fully conversant with the RICS Practice Statement and Guidance Notes - "Surveyors acting as Expert Witnesses", and Civil Procedure Rules - Part 35.
The majority of work is now based upon instructions as an independent expert, advocacy, arbitrations and expert witness, ranging from pre-court proceedings through to Magistrates and County Court and the High Court of Justice.
